Personal Statement

As a Geography graduate, I am interested in biogeography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). As a gardener, I am interested in food systems and pollinators. To combine all of my interests, for my M.Sc., my research will focus on the relationships between plants and pollinators in the food system and how they are affected by environmental pollution, climate and land-use change. My experiences with research have inspired me to contribute to furthering human scientific knowledge to help society to understand and address the problems facing pollinators in agriculture.
